About Me
From Service to Strategy: A Journey to Purposeful Design
My career began in aviation as a Singapore Airlines flight attendant, where I developed a strong foundation in service excellence, human behavior, and situational awareness. I later held roles including Office Manager and Personal Assistant to a CEO, and managed a private banking lounge serving high-net-worth clients. These positions demanded discretion, precision, and the ability to anticipate complex needs while supporting senior stakeholders.
In 2021, I transitioned into user experience design. Coming from a non-design background, I was drawn to UX for its structure, discipline, and human-centered problem solving. Through formal training and hands-on projects, I built a clear design practice grounded in research, logic, and iteration.
Today, I work as a UX designer with a service-driven mindset and a strong focus on usability, clarity, and business alignment. My background allows me to design with empathy, think strategically, and deliver solutions that are both functional and intentional.
