About Me
From Service to Strategy: A Journey to Purposeful Design
My professional journey began in the skies as a Singapore Airlines flight attendant, where I gained a deep understanding of people, service precision, and emotional awareness. After leaving aviation, I explored various paths—from Office Manager and Personal Assistant to a CEO, to managing a private banking lounge for high-net-worth clients. These roles sharpened my ability to anticipate needs, manage complexity, and support senior stakeholders—but I knew I hadn’t yet found my true professional calling.
In 2021, I made a decisive transition into UX design. Entering from a non-design background, I was drawn to the field’s structured creativity and human-centered focus. What began as curiosity quickly grew into conviction. Through formal training, hands-on projects, and constant iteration, I found clarity and purpose in solving real-world problems through design.
Today, I stand as a user experience designer with a grounded service mindset and a sharp eye for structure, functionality, and user needs. My varied background enables me to design with empathy, execute with precision, and always keep the user at the center—while aligning every solution with business intent.
